McLaren Shanghai has been named McLaren Chinese Retailer of the Year 2016 in recognition of its sales performance and highest standards of business operation.
The Retailer of the Year programme saw entries from the full McLaren retailer network in China comprising nine locations. All contenders were benchmarked using an extensive assessment process and rated in key areas such as sales, customer service, aftersales and marketing. McLaren Shanghai emerged as the Chinese Retailer of the Year 2016 joining McLaren retailers in Glasgow, Auckland, Toronto and Kuwait City as one of five regional finalists for the Global Retailer of the Year 2016 Award, due to be announced later this year.
