Lamborghini has officially unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show the Centenario which is Lamborghini’s way of celebrating 100 years since the birth of the company’s founder Ferruccio Elio Arturo Lamborghini.
Looking like a more ferocious Aventador SV, the Centenario is dressed entirely in carbon fiber to achieve a weight of 1,520 kg and a weight-to-power ratio of 1.97 kg/hp. Based on the Aventador, the Centenario is powered by a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine which produces 770 hp. It is linked to an all-wheel drive system and a seven-speed ISR transmission.
In terms of performance, the Centenario accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2.7 seconds, 0-300 km/h in 23.5 seconds and hit a top speed of more than 349 km/h. It will come to a full stop from 100 km/h in just 30 m and from 300 km/h in 290 m.
