Cadillac has appointed Dan Creed to the position of vice president, sales operations, effective January 16, 2016. Creed will lead sales and service activities in North America, the brand’s largest market and report to Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen. Creed’s responsibilities include development and execution of retail sales and customer experience strategies.
Creed joins Cadillac from BMW North America LLC, where he most recently served as eastern region vice president, overseeing the region’s 95 dealers. During his 12-year career at BMW North America LLC, Creed also held additional senior leadership positions in marketing, aftersales and the southern region. Earlier in his career, he spent 6 years at BMW Canada Inc., where he had responsibility for both National Sales and National Marketing.
Creed will replace Jim Bunnell, who moves on to another executive role within GM North America.
