McLaren has just announced plans to offer the 540C and 570S in Canada.
The entry-level 540C will start at $196,500 and features a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine which produces 540 hp and 540 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed seamless shift gearbox (SSG) that allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds before topping out at 320 km/h.
Meanwhile, the 570S costs $219,750 and is powered by an upgraded twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine that develops 570 hp and 600 Nm of torque. Thanks to the extra oomph, the supercar can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 328 km/h.
Orders for the McLaren 540C and 570S are being taken now, with first Canadian deliveries anticipated in November 2015.
