The Opel Adam Rocks S has officially made its world debut at the International Amsterdam Motor Show.
At 3,750 mm long with a masculine appearance, the Adam Rocks S is particularly appealing to customers who want to combine sporty driving and adventure with chic design in an off-road look. Driving fun is ensured by the 15 mm lower performance sports chassis, the improved steering system and the high-performance braking system including ESP which can be deactivated.
Motivation is provided by a turbocharged 1.4-liter petrol engine which produces 150 hp and 220 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission which allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 210 km/h. It returns 5.9 L/100km (39.8 mpg US or 47.8 mpg UK) and has CO2 emissions of 139 g/km.
