In a recent interview, Audi’s head of technical development has revealed some new details about the upcoming SQ7.
Speaking to Auto Express, Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg confirmed the SQ7 will be launched next year and feature an e-turbo V8 diesel engine.
Additional information is limited, but the magazine is reporting the engine will displace 4.0- or 4.2-liter and produce more than 400 hp. This could allow the SQ7 to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in approximately 5.5 seconds.
