Automotive News is reporting the Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG will be offered in the United States for the 2016 model year.
As a small reminder, the G65 AMG is powered by a twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine which produces 612 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds before hitting a limited top speed of 230 km/h.
For the U.S. market, the Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG is expected to cost more than $250,000.
