Citroen Divine DS concept revealed for Paris debut

Citroen has just revealed the Divine DS concept, which previews the future styling direction of the DS brand.

Set to debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, the Divine DS is described as having "avant garde design" and "visible technologies, refinement and a balance between comfort and dynamics." Interestingly, the sporty five-door hatchback eschews a rear window and instead adopts a rearview camera which displays images onto a rearview mirror-shaped screen.

Inside, the luxurious cabin was jointly developed with jeweller Swarovski and embroidery company Lesage. It features four individual seats which are separated by a full-length center console.

Power is said to come from a 270 hp 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, probably sourced from the Peugeot RCZ-R.
