Elemental has recently released the teaser images of the track-focused RP-1, ahead of its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the end of the month.
With a body weighing just 450 kg, the two-seater will be powered by a 276 hp 2.0-liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine mated to a sequential paddle shift gearbox and providing 800 Nm per ton and 200 kg of downforce at 161 km/h.
The RP-1 is expected to enter production in 2015 in the United Kingdom and will be offered with additional engines. It will have a starting price of less than £50,000.
