A Racing Yellow Porsche 918 Spyder was recently filmed roaming the streets of Brazil. The hybrid supercar is used to support the local team for the 2014 World Cup.
The 918 Spyder is powered by a mid-mounted 4.6-liter V8 engine which produces 608 hp and 530 Nm of torque. It is backed up by two electric motors developing 156 hp and 129 hp. This system offers a combined maximum output of 887 hp and a maximum torque varying between 917 Nm and 1,280 Nm.
According to the German carmaker, the 918 Spyder can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 7.9 seconds, 0-300 km/h in 23.0 seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 340 km/h.
