Alfa Romeo has officially revealed there will be 86 dealerships in Canada and the United States.
In the United States, 82 dealerships will be located in 33 states, with California, Texas, and Florida having the largest concentration of franchises. Canada will only have four dealerships and they will be located in Boischatel, LaSalle, Vaughan and Vancouver.
These dealerships will be the first to sell the 4C and 4C Launch Edition when the iconic Italian sports car maker returns to the North American market this year.
"This group of dealers represents the first phase in the Alfa Romeo dealer network selection process," said Peter Grady, Vice President of Network Development, Chrysler Group LLC. "Each Alfa Romeo dealer will have a unique staff dedicated to the brand’s premium market clientele. We require each Alfa Romeo dealer to have their sales and technical staff go through an intensive curriculum to ensure the highest levels of customer care and proficiency of the Alfa Romeo 4C."
Additional Alfa Romeo franchises will be awarded later this year. Initially, each franchise will receive at least one highly-anticipated 4C Launch Edition.
