Scion to debut an all-new model in Los Angeles

2013 Scion FR-S

In a recent interview, Scion Vice President Doug Murtha has confirmed plans to introduce an all-new model later this year at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

There's no word on what the Japanese carmaker will introduce, but it will reportedly be one of three new Scion models which are in the works. "These aren’t mid-cycle refreshes of anything in the lineup, they are three major changes." Murtha also hinted "There’s no intention to radically shift the direction of the brand."

The new model is expected to go on sale in 2015 and some rumors say it could be a four-door coupe that will compete with the Mercedes-Benz CLA.
