Mercedes-Benz GL-Class gains a twin-turbo V6 engine

According to a recent report from Auto Motor und Sport, Mercedes-Benz will offer a 3.0-liter V6 petrol engine in the GL-Class.
Set to wear the GL 400 moniker, the car could be powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine which develops 333 hp and 480 Nm of torque. This should allow the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 240 km/h. In terms off efficiency, it consumes 9.2 L/100km (25.5 mpg US or 30.7 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 215 g/km.
In Germany, the Mercedes-Benz GL 400 will reportedly have a starting price of €76,160.
