Kia has recently revealed the 2015 Optima, which will go on sale shortly in the United States.
Priced at $21,650, the 2015 Optima is now available in three new exterior colors: Platinum Graphite, Sparkling Silver and Smokey Blue. It also has an acoustic laminated windshield that promises to reduce the amount of noise which penetrates the cabin.
Moving on to the interior, there's updated upholstery, a sports steering wheel and an upgraded UVO eServices system with four new features including Geo Fencing, Driving Score, Speed Alerts and Curfew Alerts.
Under the hood, the 2015 Kia Optima will be offered with two powerful Theta II engines featuring gasoline direct injection (GDI) technology, including a 2.4-liter GDI 4-cylinder and a 2.0-liter GDI turbo. Both are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with Sportmatic shifting.
