The 2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO has officially made its world debut at the ZDayZ event in North Carolina before it goes on sale in the United States in July.
According to the Japanese carmaker, the redesigned 370Z NISMO has a GT-R inspired front fascia with LED daytime running lights, black headlight bezels, NISMO emblem and signature NISMO red stripe accent on the integrated front chin spoiler. There's also revised side skirts, a unique rear spoiler and 19-inch super-lightweight forged aluminum wheels with a charcoal gray machined finish.
Inside, the cabin comes with Recaro leather / Alcantara sport seats, an Alcantara-appointed leather-wrapped steering wheel and a NISMO red tachometer. Customers can also order a new Tech version which adds a hard drive-based Nissan navigation system with 7.0-inch VGA touch-sensitive display, RearView Monitor, Bose Audio System, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Streaming Audio via Bluetooth, auto-dimming rearview mirror and HomeLink Universal Transceiver.
Under the hood, the 370Z NISMO is powered by a 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine which produces 350 hp and 374 Nm of torque. It can be mated to a close-ratio 6-speed manual or a newly optional 7-speed automatic transmission with Downshift Rev Matching, Adaptive Shift Control and a manual shift mode with paddle shifters.
