French carmaker Citroën has just released a teaser image of the DS X7, which will be unveiled this month at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show.
Developed specifically for the Chinese market, the SUV will reportedly be powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine which produces 200 hp and 275 Nm as well as in a 163 hp and 240 Nm configuration. There's also a naturally-aspirated 1.8-liter engine with 139 hp and 170 Nm.
Production will be made in China by the Changan-PSA joint venture and the DS X7 will have a starting price of around 160,000 yuan ($25,800). It will ride on the same platform as the DS5 and DS 5LS.
