Audi has recently unveiled the RS7 Dynamic Edition, which will make its debut at the 2014 New York Auto Show today.
Designed to showcase the company's exclusive personalization program, the RS7 Dynamic Edition features a quattro grille, a carbon fiber front splitter, a carbon fiber engine cover and a carbon fiber diffuser. There's also a sports exhaust system, Tornado Red brake calipers with RS7 logo and 21-inch gloss black alloy wheels.
Four exterior colors are available to complement the exclusive design elements: Ibis White, Suzuka Gray metallic, Daytona Gray pearl, Phantom Black pearl.
The special edition also has a DRC suspension which "utilizes three-stage adjustable dampers that are hydraulically cross-linked and integrated into the Audi drive select system along with the standard rear sport differential for maximum performance driving."
Interior highlights include Black Valcona leather sport seats with an RS specific honeycomb stitch in Crimson Red that matches the color of the safety belts. The same style stitching is also found on the dashboard, gear shifter boot, center and door armrests as well as along the center console. Carbon fiber inlays complete the changes inside.
Under the hood, the RS7 Dynamic Edition is powered by the same twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine as the standard version, developing 560 hp. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in just 3.7 seconds.
According to Audi of America Director of Product Planning Filip Brabec, “The Audi exclusive RS 7 dynamic edition exemplifies just some of the personalization options that are possible through our Audi exclusive program. The combination of our most powerful RS model ever and the added customized elements make this a truly special car to drive and to behold.”
The RS7 Dynamic Edition will be arriving at dealerships this summer and pricing starts at $146,045.
