The 2015 BMW M4 Convertible has officially made its public debut this week at the New York Auto Show.
According to the German carmaker, the M4 Convertible has an aggressive exterior and a power retractable hard top which can be lowered in 20 seconds at speeds up to 18 km/h. Meanwhile, the cabin comes with sport seats, a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and contrast stitching and M-branded sill plates.
Motivation is provided by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine which produces 425 hp and 550 Nm of torque. When equipped with the optional seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission, the sports car can accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 4.2 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 km.
The M4 Convertible will go on sale in the United States this summer and pricing starts at $73,425.
