Morgan has officially introduced the more powerful variant of the Plus 4 at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
It benefits from an updated version of the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder Duratec engine offering stronger performance as its output has increased from 145 hp and 190 Nm to 154 hp and 200 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox which could allow the 877 kg car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.3 seconds and hit a top speed of 193 km/h.
According to the British carmaker, the cabin has also been refreshed and displays a revised dashboard layout with new instrumentation.
The 2014 Morgan Plus 4 is available as a 2 or 4-seater and will have a starting price of £36,285.
