British sports car marque Aston Martin has recently announced plans to showcase a trio of special editions at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show next month.
First up, the V8 Vantage N430 - available in Coupe or Roadster form - is powered by an uprated 4.7-liter V8 engine which produces 436 hp at 7,300 rpm. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in 4.6 seconds and hit a top speed of 306 km/h. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a sport-tuned six-speed manual transmission or an optional close-ratio seven-speed SportShift II automated manual gearbox.
This special edition comes with graphite painted forged alloy wheels alongside a black look for the front grille, headlamp bezels, side window surrounds, exterior meshes and textured tailpipe finishers. It's available with optional club sports graphics packs that is inspired by the exceptional CC100 Speedster concept.
Inside, the cabin gets machined sill plaques, N430 seat logos, black magnesium paddle shifts, contemporary driver instrument panel and several leather upholstery options. Customers can also order an optional 1,000-watt Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system with ICEpower technology.
Pricing for the V8 Vantage N430 starts at £89,995 and first deliveries are expected to begin this September.
Next, the DB9 special edition comes in two flavors. The Carbon Black accentuates the 6.0-liter V12 potential through a strong dark theme underpinned by a unique combination of lightweight carbon fiber features. Meanwhile, the Carbon White creates a dramatic visual effect with the carbon fiber and dark elements contrasting strongly against the Stratus white paint.
Prices for the DB9 Carbon Black and Carbon White special editions are available on application at any of Aston Martin’s 147 dealers.
