BMW Motorsport has just released full technical details for the M235i Racing, which is obviously based on the standard M235i.
Accordingly, the M235i Racing is 4,454 mm long, 1,862 mm wide (without mirrors), 1,380 mm tall and has a 2,690 mm wheelbase. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels and features H&R suspension springs, KW dampers, a front & rear H&R anti-roll bar as well as high-performance brakes with four-pot fixed calipers.
Motivation is provided by a straight-six TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter gasoline engine which develops 333 hp and 450 Nm of torque. Other highlights include a M Performance limited-slip differential, a racing exhaust with racing catalytic converters, steering wheel-mounted shift paddles and and a TANK Motorsport racing-spec fuel tank. Inside, the cabin comes with Recaro Pro Racer SPG racing seats, 6-point racing harness of Schroth and a full roll cage approved by the FIA.
The BMW M235i Racing has a starting price of €59,500 excluding VAT.
