Toyota Aqua Air concept coming to Tokyo Motor Show

Japanese carmaker Toyota has just announced plans to unveil the Aqua Air concept at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show next week.
Designed to preview a future compact convertible, the Aqua Air concept measures 3,990 mm long, 1,690 mm wide and 1,440 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,550 mm. It will feature a hybrid powertrain which includes an Atkinson-cycle 1.5-liter gasoline engine, an electric motor and a CVT gearbox.
This powertrain system will offer a combined output of 100 hp, with average fuel economy rated at 2.82-liter / 100 km (83.4 mpg US or 100 mpg UK).
Alongside the Aqua Air concept, Toyota will also show in Tokyo the Aqua G Sports concept and the Aqua Cross concept.
