Auto Motor und Sport is reporting that Mercedes-Benz will unveil the SLS AMG Final Edition at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show later this month.
Set to go on sale in February, the SLS AMG Final Edition will be a last hurrah for the regular SLS AMG before the SLC / C190 / AMG GT is launched. It will feature a new front bumper, a revised hood and a modified front grille. Interior changes are believed to include special edition plaques and some other minor tweaks.
In terms of the car which will replace the SLS AMG, the 2016 SLC / C190 / AMG GT could be introduced next fall with a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine which produces approximately 500 hp.
