Yesterday, Jaguar has released the first teaser image of the 2014 F-Type Coupe that will make its global debut on November 19 at a Los Angeles VIP customer and media event, the eve of the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Set to go on sale in North America next spring, the F-Type Coupe is previewed by the C-X16 concept and will complement the existing F-Type Roadster, winner of the 2013 'World Car Design of the Year' award.
Engine options will likely include a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 producing 340 hp, a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 developing 380 hp and a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 creating 495 hp.
According to Jaguar Design Director Ian Callum, "The excitement generated when we revealed the C-X16 concept was terrific; so to now be on the cusp of what I can assure you will be a drama-filled reveal event in Los Angeles for F-Type Coupe is a very significant moment."
