2014 Honda City unveiled in India

Honda has just unveiled the fourth generation City at a world premiere event in New Delhi, India.
Developed at Honda R&D center located in Tochigi, Japan, the 2014 City will be the company's first model to adopt the new "Exciting H Design" styling language, promoting unique character and strong presence. The mid-size sedan has the same length and width as the previous generation, but its height has increased by 10 mm to 1,495 mm while the wheelbase has been stretched by 50 mm to 2,600 mm.
Motivation is provided by a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder DOHC i-DTEC diesel engine created exclusively for India and is based on the latest Earth Dreams Technology realizing both excellent driving performance and offering matchless fuel economy. There will also be an improved 1.5-liter 4-cylinder SOHC i-VTEC gasoline engine promising to offer the best balance of engine performance and fuel economy.
Already available on order, the all-new Honda City is scheduled to be launched in January 2014 in India and will be followed by 60 other markets.
