The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Spring Special Edition has officially made its debut at the SEMA Show that opens today.
Based on the Camaro SS Convertible, the Spring Edition is set to go on sale next year and will be offered on 2LT and 2SS variants. It is distinguished by:
- Summit White exterior with Blue Ray stripe – including hood louver painted Blue Ray
- Body-color ZL1 spoiler
- Chevrolet Accessories ground effects package and grille
- Chevrolet Accessories 21-inch wheels
- RS high-intensity discharge, or HID, headlamps and light-emitting diode, or LED, taillamps
- Blue fabric top on convertible models
- Blue-accent leather-appointed interior with blue stitching
- White interior trim kit with Blue Ray stripe
- Chevrolet Accessories floor mats (black with silver Camaro logo).
Under the hood, the 2LT model is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine which develops 323 hp, while the 2SS version uses a 6.2-liter V8 engine rated at 426 hp when paired with the six-speed manual transmission or 400 hp with the available six-speed automatic.
