Video: Aston Martin CC100 concept driven by Jay Leno

Aston Martin has recently gave Jay Leno the opportunity to test drive the CC100 concept.

Developed to celebrate the company’s centenary, the two-seat concept is a tribute to the DBR1 which British racing legend Sir Stirling Moss drove to victory at the 1959 Le Mans. It has a 565 hp 6.0-liter V12 engine mated to a six-speed hydraulically actuated automated sequential manual transmission. This allows the 1,200 kg car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in around 4 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 290 km/h.

In the clip, Jay Leno also says the British marque will sell only two of these cars. As a small reminder, the first CC100 has been sold to a wealthy client for an estimated price tag of between $770,000 and $1,540,000.
