Porsche Macan Turbo to offer 395 hp

New details are starting to emerge about the Porsche Macan which will be unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show next month.
Accordingly, the Macan Turbo will be powered by a twin-turbo and direct-injected 3.6-liter V-6 engine which produces 395 hp and 550 Nm of torque, while the Macan S will use a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine. Transmission options are slated to include manual and seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmissions that send power to a rear-biased all-wheel drive system with a Torsen limited-slip differential.
Though based on the Audi Q5 platform, but the Macan will be slightly longer and wider than the Audi. It will also have a sportier suspension, a revised steering system and 17- to 21-inch alloy wheels.
The Macan S will have a starting price of $52,000 while the Macan Turbo will cost $75,000.
