At the beginning of 2014, ABT Sportsline will launch a U.S. subsidiary in Cerritos, California. To celebrate the occasion, the globally largest tuner of cars produced by Volkswagen will showcase an AS6 at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
Based on the Audi A6 3.0 TDI quattro, the AS6 will be equipped with a new power upgrade package which allows the standard engine to develop 286 hp and 678 Nm of torque - an increase of 41 hp and 98 Nm.
To keep things under control, the engineers installed sport springs and high-performance brakes. The car also features a styling package that includes a front spoiler, side skirts and faux carbon fiber mirror caps. There's also a rear spoiler, a rear bumper insert and 20-inch ABT ER-C premium sport-type wheels.
