Almost in any countries there are tycoons who are willing to spend "extreme" expenses to satisfy those supercar hobby. And if you are so familiar with the countries like Arab, China or Hong Kong... cause they keep continually appearing on the famous automotive website, Laos can be the new name that you should care.
With the GDP in 2008 was $841/person/year, Laos is one of the country whose economy is "underdevelopment" of Asia. However, due to the low taxes as well as many incentives and advantages in paper work, so cars in "Land of a Million Elephants" is very popular.
