Mercedes-Benz has announced the 2014 S-Class will have a starting price of $92,900 (without $925 destination charges) when it goes on sale in the United States next month.
According to the German carmaker, the base S550 will be the first to go on sale in October and represents a 2.8% price/value improvement over the outgoing model. A month later, customers can order the S550 4MATIC from $95,900 and the high-performance S63 AMG 4MATIC from $139,500.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will come with a long list of standard equipment such as all-LED lightning (entire vehicle, inside/out), rearview camera, panorama sunroof, keyless start, Magic Vision Control and an additional 20 hp.
In 2014, more powertrain and body style versions of the S-Class for the U.S. market will make their respective debuts at various periods of time.
