Honda has announced the 2014 Accord Hybrid will have a starting price of $29,155 when it goes on sale in the United States on October 31st.

According to the Japanese carmaker, the entry-level model is equipped with numerous standard features including alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights and a LaneWatch blind spot display system. There's also a rearview camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, a driver's seat with 10-way power adjustment and a 160-watt AM/FM/CD audio system with Bluetooth/USB/iPod connectivity.

The $31,905 Accord Hybrid EX-L adds a power moonroof, heated leather front seats and a HondaLink cloud-based media and connectivity system featuring Aha compatibility. Other highlights include Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW)

Meanwhile, the range-topping Accord Hybrid Touring costs $34,905 and features all the aforementioned equipment, along with GPS navigation, LED headlights with blue tinted chrome bezels, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and hard disk drive (HDD) audio memory.

All versions are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Atkinson-cycle engine working together with a 166 hp electric motor. This should allow the car to return a class-leading mid-size sedan EPA fuel economy rating of 50/45/47 mpg (city/highway/combined).
