The Galpin GTR1 was captured on camera by BrianZuk at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on the move for the very first time.
Based on the Ford GT, the GTR1 has a handcrafted aluminum body with LED-infused headlights, 20-inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires, along with some carbon fiber exterior accents. Inside, the cabin gets a machined aluminum instrument cluster, leather upholstery and a McIntosh sound system.
Power comes from a twin-turbo 5.4-liter V8 engine which produces 1,024 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. This could allow the supercar to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in approximately 3 seconds and hit a top speed in excess of 362 km/h.
Only 6 to 24 cars will be built, with a price of over $1 million (€749,850 or £639,345).
