A Ferrari 458 Speciale has been recently spotted on the streets of Barcelona while participating in the making of an official video.
As we have reported, the 458 Speciale is powered by a 4.5-liter V8 engine which produces 605 hp at 9,000 rpm and 540 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The Italian carmaker says it's the company's most powerful naturally-aspirated V8 engine ever, managing to provide 135 hp per liter. Compared to the Italia, the Speciale loses 90 kg and gains 35 hp.
Thanks to these upgrades, the 458 Speciale can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just three seconds, while 0-200 km/h takes 9.1 seconds. It has managed to lap the Fiorano test track in 1 minute 23.5 seconds, making it 1.5s quicker than the 458 Italia.
The Ferrari 458 Speciale will make its official debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
