Subaru has announced the 2014 BRZ will have a starting price of $25,595 (excluding $795 destination & delivery charges) in the United States.
For this money you will get the BRZ Premium equipped with a six-speed manual transmission. The Limited version with the 6-speed manual is priced at $27,595, while the Limited with the 6-speed automatic transmission costs $28,695.
Motivation is provied by a 2.0-liter naturally-aspirated boxer engine which produces 200 hp and 205 Nm of torque. According to the Japanese carmaker, the 2014 BRZ delivers impressive fuel economy, returning 22 mpg city / 30 mpg highway / 25 mpg combined with the manual and 25 mpg city / 34 mpg highway / 28 mpg combined with the automatic.
The Limited version is distinguished by fog lights and a body-colored trunk spoiler, along with Alcantara inserts and leather bolsters for the seats. New for 2014 is Aha infotainment smartphone integration with the standard navigation system. The Limited trim also comes with dual-zone automatic climate control and a standard All-Weather package which includes dual-mode heated front seats and heated side mirrors.
