Mercedes-Benz has quietly introduced a special edition of the CLA 45 AMG, called the Edition 1.
According to the German carmaker, the Edition 1 is distinguished by a gloss black rear lip spoiler, matte black 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels and graphite grey side stripes. The sports sedan also features red accents on the front grille, mirrors, wheels and brake calipers.
Inside, the cabin comes with ARTICO/DINAMICA sport seats, a leather/DINAMICA-wrapped steering wheel and red contrast stitching. There's also an ARTICO-wrapped dashboard, AMG floor mats and special badging.
Under the hood, the Edition 1 is powered by the same turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine as the standard CLA 45 AMG developing 360 hp and 450 Nm of torque. It is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an all-wheel drive system which allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h.
