Maserati has brought the 2014 Ghibli at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, where the car has made its dynamic debut.
As we have previously reported, the Ghibli is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine which produces 330 hp and 500 Nm of torque. It takes 5.6 seconds until 100 km/h and burns an average of 9.6-liter / 100 km.
The Ghibli will also become the first Maserati production car in history to be powered by a diesel engine, with a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel that develops 275 hp and 600 Nm of torque. This allows the luxury sedan to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.3 seconds and return 6-liter / 100 km with CO2 emissions of less than 160 g/km.
According to the Italian carmaker, the 2014 Maserati Ghibli will go on sale at the beginning of next year.
