The 2014 Maserati Ghibli was recently spotted for the first time on the public road while participating in a promotional filming.
The clip posted below was filmed in Rotterdam, Holland where the Italian sports sedan was taking part in a commercial shoot.
As we have previously reported, the Ghibli is powered by a twin-turbo V6 3.0-liter engine that produces 330 hp and 500 Nm of torque. It takes 5.6 seconds until 62 mph and burns an average of 9.6-liter / 100 km.
The Ghibli will also become the first Maserati production car in history to be powered by a diesel engine, with a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel which develops 275 hp and 600 Nm of torque. This allows the car to sprint from 0-62 mph in 6.3 seconds and return 6-liter / 100 km with CO2 emissions of less than 160 g/km.
