Youtube member DragTimesInfo has recently tested out the acceleration capabilities of the 2013 Aston Martin Vanquish by pitting it against a BMW M5 Hartage Stage 2 with 650 hp and a Nissan GT-R MK.3 Ecutek Stage 2 with 700 hp.
The Vanquish is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine that produces 565 hp at 6,750 rpm and 457 lb-ft of torque at 5,500 rpm, with the power being sent to the rear wheels via a Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic transmission. This allows the sports car to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 4.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 183 mph.
