Montecarlo Automobile, Monaco's first carmaker, has recently unveiled the Rascasse to celebrate its 30th anniversary this year.
Named after the Monte Carlo circuit corner, the supercar features a removable roof panel and a yacht-inspired interior. It will be built in a limited run of 15 units, each will cost no less than €500,000 (about $655,600 or £425,000).
Power comes from a mid-mounted BMW-sourced 5.4-liter V12 engine which produces 500 hp. The same engine was also used by the 1998 Rolls-Royce Silver Graph where it created 326 hp.
The Rascasse can run both on gasoline and hydrogen enriched LPG thanks to a system developed by Italian LPG specialist BRC. The company also has plans for a more powerful variant of the Rascasse which will come with supercharging, a hybrid system and all-wheel drive.
