General Motors has officially announced the 2014 Cadillac CTS will a have a starting price of $46,025, including a $925 destination charge, when it arrives in dealerships across the U.S. this fall.
Costly $7,000 more than its predecessor, the all-new CTS boasts an impressive array of standard features, such as a CUE infotainment system featuring an eight-inch fully reconfigurable touch screen, an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system with HD radio capability and a 5.7-inch display in the instrument cluster. The sports sedan also comes with Brembo brakes with ferritic-nitro carburizing, Magnetic Ride Control and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Under the bonnet, three different engines are available:
- A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 272 hp and 400 Nm of torque
- A naturally-aspirated 3.6-liter V6 with 321 hp and 373 Nm of torque
- A turbocharged 3.6-liter V6 with 420 hp and 583 Nm of torque
The range-topping CTS Vsport will cost $59,995, including a $925 destination charge, and features an electronic limited slip differential and an eight-speed automatic transmission in RWD only.
