2013 Nissan Micra facelift revealed

Nissan has officially revealed the 2013 Micra which gets a more masculine look, an overhauled interior and new infotainment technology.
Set to go on sale in September, the facelifted Micra features an updated front end, with a new grille, hood, bumper, headlights and foglight surrounds. Updates at the back include a new bumper, revised tailgate trim and LED taillights. It can be optionally equipped with a panoramic glass roof, a park assist system, new alloy wheels and new exterior paint colors.
The base Visia gets electric front windows, remote central locking, power steering, ABS, ESP, multiple airbags and CD/AUX/USB. The mid-range Acenta adds 15-inch alloy wheels, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic lights and wipers, front fog lights and several cosmetic tweaks. The range-topping Tekna benefits from 16-inch alloy wheels, park assist, parking sensors, climate control, 'suede-like' seat fabric, keyless start, folding door mirrors and 5.8-inch touchscreen NissanConnect sat-nav/media system.
Under the bonnet, the engine lineup includes a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder gasoline and a supercharged 1.2-liter DIG-S gasoline which can return 4.1-liter per 100 km (57.3 mpg US or 68.9 mpg UK) and has CO2 emissions of 95 g/km. Both are mated to a standard five-speed manual transmission or an optional CVT transmission.
