BMW North America has announced the Competition Package for the 2014 M5 will have a starting price of $7,300.
Set to go on sale in August, the 575 hp Competition Package also comes with stiffened anti-sway bars, lowered suspension by 10 mm and dampers. Other highlights include unique 20-inch 7-spoke M light-alloy wheels available in 601M and 343M styles which are both wrapped in performance tires.
Moreover, the package adds a tweaked M Dynamic mode part of the Dynamic Stability Control system and a sport exhaust system with black chrome tailpipes. Customers can also order adaptive LED headlights and a touch controller which is available with a touch-sensitive surface.
As we have previously reported, the base price of the 2014 BMW M5 is $90,900.
