This is the Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour concept that has recently been unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

Developed to celebrate the company's 45th anniversary, the concept features a practical control device fitted in the dashboard, through which the driver can in fact literally adapt the car to its surroundings, choosing from four different modes: Comfort, Off-Road, Ice and Track. It measures 4,530 mm long, 2,070 mm wide, 1,335 mm tall and comes with race-car inspired livery as well as visible carbon fiber parts.

Motivation is provided by a Lamborghini Gallardo-sourced 5.2-liter V10 engine which create 550 hp. Power is sent to the four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, allowing the 1,550 kg car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and hit a top speed of 320 km/h.

"Parkour was devised as a new way of living and experiencing a metropolitan route creatively," said Fabrizio Giugiaro. "Parkour enthusiasts, who are referred to as traceurs or plotters, adapt their body to the surrounding environment pursuing, through their movements, not just spectacle but instead mainly maximum efficiency. The purpose of parkour is to move around as efficiently as possible. By efficiently I mean: simply, quickly and safely, which are characteristic features of our car."
