The 2013 GranTurismo MC Stradale will be the star at the Maserati stand when it makes its European debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week.
Inspired by the racing version which competes in the Maserati MC Trofeo racing series, the updated GranTurismo MC Stradale is powered by the same 4.7-liter V8 engine as the the GranTurismo Sport, producing 460 hp and 520 Nm of torque. It is mated to an MC Race Shift 6-speed robotised manual gearbox which allows the coupe to hit a top speed of 302 km/h.
According to the Italian carmaker, the sports car features a new carbon fiber hood which frames a central air intake and two rear extractors, as well as Brembo carbon ceramic brake discs, dual exhaust pipes and 20-inch forged alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the cabin has four comfortable seats and an interior design featuring new materials and style.
