Rolls-Royce has recently introduced a new special edition of its Ghost, called the Firnas Motif.
Inspired by the legendary Arab inventor Abbas Ibn Firnas who attempted to fly using man-made wings made of feathers, the Ghost Firnas Motif was originally envisioned by Khadim Al Helli of Abu Dhabi Motors before being hand-crafted by specialists at the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England.
The unique Ghost has a two-tone exterior with a flight motif on the coachline, while inside the cabin, the Firnas Logo appears on the headrests, sill plates and dashboard. There's also a personalized tread plate with the wings design and personalised message: "Firnas motif - one of five".
Power still comes from a turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine which creates 563 hp and 780 Nm of torque. It is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h.
Only 5 units will be produced, but there's no word on pricing.
