MKB has recently released a performance upgrade program for the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG fitted with the AMG Performance Package.
According to the German tuner, the bi-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine has been fitted with a remapped ECU, a high-flow exhaust system and tuned boost pressure, which could allow it to develop 700 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque from the standard 557 hp and 800 Nm.
Thanks to this upgrade, the luxury sports sedan can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, which is 0.2 seconds faster than the version fitted with the optional AMG Performance Package, and hit an electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h. Without the limiter, it can hit a top speed of more than 340 km/h.
