Nissan has announced the Juke Nismo will have a starting price of £19,995 when it goes on sale in the UK in January, with first deliveries expected in March.
Originally unveiled at the 2012 Paris Motor Show back in September, the high performance crossover is available in three exterior colors: Storm White, Pearl Black and Blade Silver. It features a sporty body kit which includes lower bumpers, extended side skirts and a modified grille. There's also wider wings, a tailgate spoiler and unique 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin comes with special suede-trimmed Nismo sports seats, an Alcantara steering wheel, black door switch surrounds, a black centre console and red Nismo signatures on the dials, seats and gear knob.
Motivation is provided by a 1.6-liter direct injection turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 200 hp at 6,000 rpm and 250 Nm of torque between 2,400 rpm and 4,800 rpm. In front-wheel drive, six-speed manual guise, the Juke Nismo can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 7.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 215 km/h. In terms of efficiency, the car returns 40.9 mpg and emits 159 g/km of CO2.
Customers can also order with all-wheel drive and a CVT automatic gearbox, with pricing to be announced at a later date.
