According to a new report, Lincoln will introduce an entry-level crossover at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show next month, known as the MKC.
Based on the Ford Escape, the crossover will be cheaper and smaller than the MKX, while the styling is likely to be shared with the 2013 MKZ, including a horizontal grille and full-length taillights.
Engine options could be a 1.6-liter EcoBoost with 184 hp and a 2.0-liter EcoBoost which produces 240 hp and 366 Nm of torque. Both engines will be linked to a six-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
The Lincoln MKC is expected to be launched in 2014.
