Alfa Romeo has recently released a teaser image of the 4C which could be introduced to the public at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
According to the Italian carmaker, the sports car boasts to be the "car to end all cars" and is slated to be the spiritual successor of the 8C Competizione which managed to attract buyers into the brand.
Details are limited, but the production model is expected to feature a turbocharged 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine which produces approximately 230 hp, mated to a dual-clutch transmission with paddle shifters. Thanks to a lightweight monocoque chassis and a rear-wheel-drive configuration, the 4C can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than five seconds and hit a top speed of roughly 250 km/h.
